Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Prime Packaging Boxes ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and artwork approval
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to all product lines
• Pricing is based on the specifications provided — changes after approval may incur additional charges

Artwork & Design

By submitting artwork to Prime Packaging Boxes, you confirm that you own or have rights to use all elements in the design including logos, images, and text.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all artwork, text, and specifications
• Once artwork is approved and signed off, any errors become the customer's responsibility
• We are not liable for errors in approved artwork including misspellings, wrong colors, or incorrect dimensions
• We reserve the right to refuse artwork that contains offensive, illegal, or infringing content
• Free design service is provided as-is — revisions are unlimited but subject to scope

Production & Delivery

• Production timelines are estimates and begin after payment and artwork approval
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Free shipping applies to standard orders in the contiguous 48 US states
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier
• Damage claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery with photographic evidence

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full before production begins on all first-time orders
• Established customers may apply for Net-30 payment terms via credit application
• We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, wire transfers, and company checks
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee
• Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and design templates is the property of Prime Packaging Boxes and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Customer artwork remains the property of the customer. We may use completed packaging projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Prime Packaging Boxes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond what is explicitly stated.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
