From Order to Delivery — Step by Step

Order Confirmation
You place your order and our team reviews the details. You'll receive an order confirmation email within 1 business hour.
Day 1

Design & Artwork Approval
Our design team creates your dieline and digital proof. You review and approve before any printing begins. Unlimited revisions included.
Day 1–2

Production
Once artwork is approved, production begins immediately. Standard orders take 6–8 business days. Rush orders are completed in 3–4 business days.
Day 3–10

Quality Check & Packing
Every order goes through our quality inspection before packing. We check print quality, dimensions, and finishing before shipment.
Day 9–11

Shipping & Delivery
Your order ships via FedEx Ground or UPS. You receive a tracking number by email. Most US orders arrive within 2–4 business days of shipment.

  • Standard Ground: FedEx Ground or UPS Ground — 2–4 business days in transit (free)
  • LTL Freight: For large bulk orders — arranged through our freight partners
  • Expedited Air: Available for urgent delivery — additional fee applies
  • Local Pickup: Available from our Brooklyn, NY facility by appointment
Coverage

Delivery Areas

We offer free standard shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories are available at an additional shipping cost.

We do not currently ship internationally for retail orders. For international wholesale or export inquiries, please contact our team directly.

Important

Delays & Exceptions

Production timelines begin only after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Delays caused by late artwork approval, change requests, or incomplete order information are not included in our standard timeline.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting the Rush production option.
