If your order has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or arrives damaged, we will reprint or refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
What Is & Isn't Eligible for Return
✓ Eligible for Refund / Reprint
- Manufacturing defects or structural issues
- Significant color variation from approved proof
- Wrong dimensions printed vs. what was approved
- Orders damaged in transit (with photo evidence)
- Wrong item shipped due to our error
- Printing errors not present in approved artwork
✗ Not Eligible for Return
- Errors present in customer-approved artwork
- Change of mind after production begins
- Low-resolution artwork submitted by customer
- Minor color variations within industry tolerance
- Orders claimed after 15 days of delivery
- Misuse or improper storage of products
Process
How to Request a Refund or Reprint

Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email help@primepackagingboxes.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

Send Photos or Video
Attach clear photos or a video showing the defect or damage. This helps us assess the issue quickly and speeds up the resolution process.

Our Team Reviews Your Claim
We review your claim within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility. We may ask for additional information or samples if needed.

Resolution — Reprint or Refund
Approved claims are resolved by free reprint (preferred) or full/partial refund to your original payment method within 9–10 business days.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation Policy
- Before artwork approval: Not cancellation and 80% refund
- After artwork approval, before production: 50% refund (design costs applied)
- Once production has started: No cancellation or refund possible
